- For store information corrections, include the URL of the affected store page (e.g.,
https://en.jpannai.com/store/123). - For rights requests that require identity verification, additional documentation may be requested.
- We respond on Japan business days. Some replies may take time depending on the inquiry.
Response Timeframes
- Japan APPI: without undue delay.
- EU/UK GDPR: within one month (extendable up to three months).
- Korea PIPA: within 10 days.
Out of Scope
- Forwarding to individual stores or chain headquarters.
- Commercial advertising proposals (we accept ads only via AdSense).
- Repeated identical messages or spam.
